Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Capex Global Solution, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, once a client subscribes to our services, we are unable to offer any refunds or cancellations, regardless of the client’s profile. This is because the successful execution of real-time recommendations is largely dependent on the client's actions, and they are solely responsible for any profits or losses that result from those actions.

We trust that clients will thoroughly evaluate the pros, cons, risks, and rewards associated with subscribing to our services before making any payment. By subscribing, the client acknowledges that they are doing so voluntarily and with full awareness of these factors. As such, any requests for refunds or cancellations are not valid.

Service Delivery and Exceptions:

  • Once a subscription has been activated and payment has been received, the client will begin receiving the recommendations they’ve subscribed to.
  • If the client experiences difficulty interpreting the signals, they may seek assistance from an assigned representative to ensure they are using the recommendations effectively. However, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
  • In the rare event that, after payment and based on the verification of the information provided, Capex Global Solution determines, at its sole discretion, that the client has provided incorrect or misleading information, we reserve the right to discontinue the service and refund the subscription payment.

If the client fails to receive recommendations via SMS or WhatsApp due to service, network, or technical issues, no refund will be issued. If records from our SMS service provider confirm that recommendations were sent to the provided contact number, we will consider the service delivered and will not process any refund claims related to non-receipt of messages.

Service Suspension and Modification:

In cases where the client is unable to utilize the service due to unforeseen circumstances, Capex Global Solution will consider a request to modify or temporarily suspend the service. The service duration can be adjusted and suspended upon written request from the client’s registered email address. The service can be reactivated once the client provides consent, but no refund or cancellation requests will be entertained.

Please note that services will automatically begin from the next market day following payment.
